User Roles


There are three types of users within the Guestlogix management console.

Capabilities

AdminHas full administrative capabilities for the airline. User can add, edit, and revoke access for users as well as change permissions.
SupportHas access to functionality to necessary provide customer support for travelers.
DeveloperHas access to information necessary to integrate the Guestlogix platform with another system via API.

Only admins can see and manage users. They have access to the full list of users (active and deactivated).

Admins can create users, manage permissions, edit and delete profiles by accessing the "New User" tab.
